All custom order stair treads, mouldings, risers, noses, and reducers are special orders and may require a 30-day lead time.
Special Orders: may not be cancelled or returned.
TREAD SIZE: Stair Treads are ¾” (inches) thick and 12″ (inches) in depth as a standard size.
Stair Treads & Stair Nosings: Rounded-Edge or Square-Edge must be specified at time of placing order.
Stair treads may be comprised of two (2) to three (3) pieces of solid White Oak attached to each other, along the length of the tread. Nikzad Floors does not guarantee one-piece stair treads.
LEFT-HAND or RIGHT-HAND RETURN: must be specified at time of placing order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION: Upon finalization of placing order, a written confirmation will be sent and must be signed by the ordering party and returned before special order components will be manufactured.
Additional Custom Sizes are available but will require CAD drawings (either DWG or PDF) to be submitted prior to a quote being provided.
